Refund Policy – BeaverX

1. General

Refunds are handled according to the platform through which you purchased your subscription.

2. Web Subscriptions (Paddle)

For subscriptions purchased via Paddle:

  • Refund requests must comply with Paddle’s refund policies
  • Eligible refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, where applicable
  • Refunds are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record

3. iOS Subscriptions (Apple App Store)

All purchases made through Apple are governed by Apple’s App Store policies. BeaverX cannot issue refunds directly for Apple purchases. Users must request refunds through Apple’s official channels.

4. Android Subscriptions (Google Play)

Refunds for Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play’s refund policies and must be requested through Google.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be granted for partial subscription periods, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction due to market performance or investment outcomes.
